There is a family from church that has 7 children living at home, and the whole family came to visit on July 8th, 2007. We had a glorious afternoon with swimming, jumping on the trampoline, playing sport toss (Rachel & Amy are the current champions, but there will be a rematch) and lots of food and fellowship. Below you see pictures of the fork lift rides that were given. The children had a blast, as did Larry, the forklift operator.
They were about 45' up in the air. There were ample adults on the ride as well, to ensure the safety of all children. (*no children were harmed in the taking of this picture.)
Here is the entire Pederson/ Dade clan on the forklift for a group picture. Lots of kiddos! I can assure you that we were only a foot or so off the ground for the security of all adults involved.
Hard to see but they are having a REALLY fun time.
Of course, Nicholas has to be laying on the edge. Dad took this ride really slow.
