Isaiah 57: 1-2 says "The righteous perishes, and no man takes it to heart; merciful men are taken away, while no one considers that the righteous is taken away from evil. He shall enter into peace; they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness."
We rejoice that Ed is now with His Saviour, singing praises, free from the curses of sin. We look forward to a glorious reunion with him someday. May God be praised!
(The picture was taken the day of Ruth Anna Pederson's baptism, January 1, 2006.) Edward baptized 8 of our 9 children. He was a steadfast man of faith that passed that on to his children, grandchildren, and everyone he met. We miss him dearly.
